ProOnboard exists because the first two weeks with a new client are usually run out of an inbox — and everyone can feel it.
The problem we kept hitting
A signed proposal is followed by a scattered chase: a welcome email, a questionnaire, a folder link, a reminder about the logo files, another reminder about the brand guidelines. Nobody can say what's outstanding without scrolling three threads.
What we built instead
Build your onboarding once as a template. Send one link. Your client sees a branded page with their name on it, a clear progress bar, and exactly the steps they need to complete. You see who is being onboarded, how far along they are, and what you're waiting on.
What we deliberately left out
ProOnboard isn't project management, a CRM, or a form builder with a thousand settings. It does one job. That focus is the feature.
